IT Networking Group Partners with InfoExpress to Deliver
CyberGatekeeper to Large Enterprise Customers
Network Access Control Security Solution Allows Compliant Systems
In and Keeps Dangerous Systems Out
DALLAS, Texas and MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., June 13, 2005
— IT Networking Group (ITNG), a network security
infrastructure full service consulting firm, and InfoExpress, the
leader in network access control solutions, today announced they
have formed a partnership to deliver CyberGatekeeper to ITNG’s
large enterprise customers. By deploying the CyberGatekeeper network
security solution, these customers can significantly reduce their
risks from computer viruses and misconfigured and non-compliant
systems.
The integrated security policy enforcement provided by InfoExpress
CyberGatekeeper technology gives customers a more efficient and
secure way to deploy the latest network technologies. It also offers
greater flexibility, control and protection for their existing networks
by only giving access to machines that are in compliance with enterprise
security policies and keeping dangerous systems out. Non-compliant
systems are automatically quarantined until remediation brings them
back into compliance.
“InfoExpress’ outstanding reputation for offering
a first-in-industry network appliance that services a wide variety
of network components and infrastructures greatly influenced ITNG's
decision to partner with them," said Rufus Martinez, Vice President,
IT Networking Group, Inc. "Through this agreement, ITNG will
now be able to offer the industry's most cost-effective wired and
wireless LAN security solution to our large enterprise customers."
InfoExpress’s CyberGatekeeper Suite controls access for
network access points on the LAN and access for remote systems over
VPN, NAS, and SSL. The CyberGatekeeper suite ensures proper configuration
and updates to third party anti-virus software, personal firewalls,
operating system patches and other software.
“ITNG has an excellent reputation in the consulting and
training of large enterprise customers,” said Todd Nakano,
senior vice president of InfoExpress. “Their broad national
reach will create new opportunities for InfoExpress, and we look
forward to working together with ITNG and its customers to incorporate
our flagship CyberGatekeeper solution to enhance the security of
their networks.”
