MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., November 15, 2005 — Continuing the successful rollout of its Channel Alliance Partner Program, InfoExpress, the leader in network access control solutions, today announced it has signed UK-based Armana Security Ltd. and two new partners in the US. Armana Security, which specializes in providing top expertise for policy management and information security, is adding InfoExpress CyberGatekeeper solutions to their arsenal of best-of-breed, cost-effective security solutions to minimize risks and threats to their clients’ networks.

InfoExpress also continued to strengthen its North American channel, announcing the addition of Michigan-based BCS Networks, which provides turnkey networks to corporate and educational organization in the upper Midwest, and suburban Washington DC-based Sun Management which serves both corporate and government organizations.

“The addition of Armana Security is key because they understand the endpoint security problems well to indicate that policy enforcement is a global requirement. We fully expect our presence in Europe as well as Asia Pacific will grow quickly,” said Todd Nakano, executive vice president for InfoExpress. “We also welcome BCS Networks and Sun Management into our program, and look forward to working with them to provide their North American clients with InfoExpress’ CyberGatekeeper family of endpoint security solutions.”

InfoExpress channel partners receive an opportunity to deepen customer relationships, increase endpoint security revenue and receive one of the highest reseller margins in the industry. Partners are able to enhance their portfolios and expand sales with InfoExpress’ CyberGatekeeper family of endpoint security solutions, and the comprehensive training they receive from InfoExpress increases their value by strengthening their expertise in endpoint security. Among the benefits InfoExpress Channel Alliance Partners receive are:

  • Up to 40 percent margin
  • Sales tools and technical support
  • InfoExpress sales representatives and sales engineers to assist on specific client proposals, engagements and ongoing client satisfaction
  • Web site listing and joint marketing opportunities throughout the year
  • Assigned account manager and executive sponsor to ensure ongoing success

“Part of our mission is to put in place for our clients effective technologies that ensure policy compliance, and the endpoint security solutions from InfoExpress fulfill that role admirably,” said Paul Godden, managing director of Armana Security. “Through our partnership with InfoExpress we are able to enhance our portfolio of security offerings with their CyberGatekeeper solutions and deliver more value to our customers.”

“Through our extensive research on endpoint policy management and remediation solutions, we concluded that InfoExpress was the best-in-class solution, enabling us to address our clients’ needs in both wired and wireless environments,” said Bill Bradley, president of BCS Networks. “With its comprehensive security, effective centralized management and scalability, the CyberGatekeeper family of endpoint security solutions is a great addition to our product portfolio.”

“We have a good track record of successfully choosing partners that offer us both the best technology for solving our clients’ problems and a solid business model that ensures continuing support and product development. After carefully evaluating InfoExpress and their CyberGatekeeper solutions we concluded they were the best endpoint security choice for our product portfolio,” said James Vanderzon, president of Sun Management. “We are excited to be representing InfoExpress, and look forward to working closely with them as an extension of their sales and support team to ensure endpoint integrity compliance for our clients.”

The InfoExpress CyberGatekeeper network access control solution uses an organization's existing network infrastructure to block network access to wired, wireless and remote endpoint devices that fail to comply with corporate-mandated security policies, including outdated, unauthorized, misconfigured or missing security utilities, such as anti-virus programs and personal firewalls. Non-compliant systems are quarantined and remedied before being allowed access to the network, ensuring that viruses, worms, Trojans and other malware and vulnerabilities cannot adversely affect the network through PCs, laptops, PDAs and other devices that fail to comply with current security policies.
